I sit, I wonder, I'm afraid

It was a Saturday evening. A cold and dark Saturday, November evening. I sat down to draw up a plan out of 100 plans that I have already done. I have listened to BeingBoss podcast where a chalkboard method was discussed, showing you how to concentrate on your goal setting. (check it out HERE)

Setting goals is such an interesting thing. It scares the crap out of all of us. It's new, it's big, it requires a lot of work and dedication. Most of all, it makes us create change in our lives. This is where the magic happens. 

I sat there with my board drawn up, scared and brutally honest with my goals. It's funny how changes can be perceived as a lonely and intimidating path on the way to achieving what you really want. Most of the time we are so willing to sacrifice what we want just to avoid that feeling of isolation and uncertainty. But the thing is that change doesn't happen over night. Change is slow, gradual and forgiving if you are patient enough.

If this is your Monday, and Mondays are always the hardest! Please take a moment to look at what you want, where you're at and what you are willing to do to make it happen!
